Routine Gynecology exams are vitally important to your good health. In addition to yearly Well Woman care we offer screening and counseling for Infertility, Abnormal Pap Smears, Sexually Transmitted Diseases and many other issues of concern to women.

Hysterectomy is not your only option.

Instead of viewing a hysterectomy as your only option, Dr. Louie-Ng sees it as one of many options available to you. He will always explore nonsurgical solutions first, such as:

Drug therapy to prevent the production of estrogen, a growth factor for tumors.
NOVASURE®, an Endometrial Ablation procedure, that is performed outpatient, in our office in most cases, and has fewer surgical risks than a hysterectomy.
Myomectomy, a safe, effective procedure that removes benign fibroids while keeping the uterus intact.
If it turns out that a hysterectomy is needed, Dr. Louie-Ng offers minimally invasive techniques, for an easier recovery.

The time to think about pregnancy and parenthood is before you conceive. Although every woman is unique, statistics show that approximately 75% of women conceive within six months and 85-90% within a year. Know that the doctors can answer any questions you may have about pregnancy, depending on your unique condition, dreams and family goals.

You don’t have to live with pelvic pain.

Interstitial Cystitis (IC), could be the cause of your undiagnosed pain. IC sometimes reffered to as Painful Bladder Syndrome, is a long term, yet treatable, inflammatory medical condition of the bladder wall. The most common symptom of IC is chronic pelvic or abdominal pain. We offer testing for Interstitial Cystitis, as well as, treatment.
